After the founding of mwn GmbH in June 2008 by friends Karl and Elias Nützi, the first apprentice was trained after a short time.

Today (as of February 2024) the team consists of 24 employees who plan, process and implement customer-specific requirements relating to recycling technology on a daily basis.
